Cafeteria is a wonderful 24 hour Chelsea restaurant. It's open and bright and can be very loud but the food is always dependable and keeps me going back. On nice days the front walls are rolled up for an open view of the street. The bar is usually busy but blocked off from most of the restaurant. Too bad the noise can't be blocked off. The food is great. Try the macaroni and cheese! YUM! Save room for desert. Theirs are some of the best in the city.
