This restaurant's is well balanced in terms of providing a variety of Thai and Japanese dishes, presenting a friendly and outgoing atmosphere, and offering good and quick service.
The atmosphere is very noisy because of the huge crowds which seem to pack up this rather big place. There is a DJ who plays different types of lounge and rock music which adds to the noise levels which seems to be the only drawback of this restaurant. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere to talk then this is definitely not that type of place especially on the weekends.
The food is pretty decently priced, appetizers range from $4 to $6 and main dishes anywhere from $8 to $10. I have been to many thai restaurants so when it comes to taste, I would say there is a little room for improvement. They do provide lots of variety of dishes which is a big plus, especially if you want to eat thai food along with sushi or even hibachi. I wouldnt say they had the best food there but its pretty good enough for the variety you get. Its as if they make lots of good tasting dishes but nothing that stands out that I would consider great. Well, what comes close is the fried calamari which is my favorite there, crunchy and delicious.
The service is pretty fast and efficient, food is prepared rather quickly and served warm. The waitors were very helpful and available if I needed any thing. There is a lot of staff there which will take care of you given that this place does get very busy on the weekends and waits can last up to 30 mins which actually is not too bad given its great and busy location. I have been going here for years and will continue since I just love the variety and the prices, not to mention good service.
