Description
This French restaurant in SoHo specializes in seafood cooked in true Provencal style. It is pricey and somewhat noisy, but the service and food are excellent. Décor is bistro style-simple with antiques and chandeliers inside and the pulse of Sixth Avenue outside. Broiled bass, snapper, salmon, chilled shellfish and sautéed shrimp are favorite dinner entrees; try the lobster on country bread for lunch. There is also a good wine selection. Jazz is performed on Sundays and outside seating is available in season.
