For the eating experience, I'm partial to the crispy fried oyster rolls. You can order sushi a la carte, but your bill will rise at warp speed, so be prepared. A single piece of toro can run you a cool ten bucks. I'd recommend ordering one of the sushi or sashimi dinners.
Tip: the lines at Blue Ribbon get formidable after 7pm. You could arrive early, or you could carry a cell phone, give your number to the hostess, and go have a cocktail at the Red Bench two doors down. Why stand around?
