Barlovento Restaurante is located in one of Quito's most exclusive areas, Calle González Suárez. Everyday afternoon, the youth of Quito gather here to chat and hangout with their friends. It is a two-story construction, with outside tables for those who enjoy watching life pass by. The upper floor is decorated in a rustic but elegant style. You can get a table on the small balcony terrace, or inside, where there is a well-stocked bar and a simple stage where live bands play on special days.
