Santiago 1900

Description

Perhaps one of the most famous restaurants in the city, it is located in the old residential house of the Bacardí family, now converted into a catering school. As well as an excellent menu, you can also enjoy a drink in the inner courtyard. Decorated in an early 20th century style the indoor dining salons have air conditioning and the courtyard is adorned with all sorts of ornamental plants. The kitchen offers a selection of Cuban and international dishes, and there is also plenty of Cuban rum, along with a cocktail list that includes the rum-based mojito and daiquiri.
