Description
One of the youngest and most lauded chefs in town, Sergio Oddovero, has managed to grow up this little restaurant in one of the nicest areas of the old town. He is good at using all the classic basics of Piedmontese cuisine, but with his own special touches. The result is often stunning—as with the artichokes and peppers in anchovy butter, or the perfect, crispy roasted lamb, or the simple but delicious potatoes and porri soup (porri are a delicate type of onion). He also makes good desserts, they carry an impressive selection of wine and the prices are affordable.
