Description
This typical high quality Gallic eaterie has a small, intimate eating area in the style of a French dining room, while upstairs, there is a lounge which can be used for pre-meal drinks and after-dinner coffees.
The inclusive evening menu (around £15) is particularly good value. It includes many well known dishes, such as frogs legs for starters and gigonette d'agneau (lamb shank slowly braised with red wine, rosemary, garlic, tomato and winter vegetables) as a main course. The price also includes a large selection of sweets while the wine list is very good quality and starts at £12 a bottle.
