Raymond Blanc is one of the latest in a long line of world renowned chefs to open a restaurant in central Manchester. Le Petit Blanc is designed as a mid-priced brasserie-style eaterie, offering a selection of his signature dishes along with more traditional bistro fare in pleasantly stylish surroundings. The menu includes such classics as double-baked Roquefort souffle, pan-fried bream fillet with ratatouille and tomato coulis and chocolate fondant with pastachio ice-cream. Set prix fixe selections come in at a reasonable £12.50 for 2 courses or £15 for 3.
