Description
Since 1960, this Chinese restaurant - which is probably the oldest in Manchester - has been satisfying its loyal regular clientele with top-quality Peking-style cuisine. Enter by descending the flight of stone steps and note the elegant decor and subdued lighting which help make it a pleasantly intimate dining experience.
The menu is extensive and all dishes are cooked to your taste - seafood (such as steamed sea bass) being an undoubted highlight. However there are also many vegetarian options along with tailor-made banquets and special value set meals at lunchtimes and early evenings.
