Description
The Pasina restaurant is situated in Dosson, a small town in the Casier district. The restaurant, famous for its excellent regional cuisine, is 100m past the church. Not a very sophisticated place, this restaurant is best known for its cuisine, and is frequented by local gourmets. It is very small, so booking is advised. Based on local produce, such as mushrooms and chicory, the dishes have a delicate flavour. There is not a very wide selection, but what they have is excellent. The wine list is also very good.
