This fine dining establishment used to be a plain trattoria in the city centre, but a few years ago the establishment was completely renovated and it has now become one of the best known and most loved of dining choices in Venice. The Black Squid Risotto is mouthwatering, as is the Bass in Balsamic Vinegar and Tunny Fish with Rosemary.
