Heard a lot of "NO" at this Place!

"NO".. was what the waitress said when we wanted to sub the egg flower soup for hot and sour.. I asked if we could purchase a small cup of the hot and sour soup, and she said "NO". We ended up buying a bowl ($7.95) of hot and sour soup. "NO" is what she said when I asked for a to go box for the hot and sour soup. I think when she saw the look I gave, she decided to find a to go for the soup. She brought us a to go container for the soup. Food was OK, service was questionable... I say "NO" I will not be back!
