Simple Indian restaurant, with thousands of specialities for fans of eastern cooking. Without realising it this place is a real melting pot of race, religion and different ways of life. The manager is in fact Pakistani but there are also Bengalis and Indians who work here. There are excellent large dishes based on meat and rice. The phuri 'breads' with 'paratha' are worth a try. The vegetables cooked to vegetarian traditions are interesting. Stick with the beer as the wine is nothing special.
