Description
This restaurant is part of the Grand Hotel Verdi but has its own entrance with direct access to the street. The atmosphere is formal but not too much so as you can easily feel at ease here. The restaurant is very attractive and fashionable. It is built like a theatre in accordance with its name and looks like a real stage. A curious and beautiful idea: compliments to the architects. Strangely enough, the fish dishes cost less than the meat dishes here. Among the starters are the taglioni with scampi and the pennette with prawns and marrow. Among the main courses are turbot with potatoes and grilled scampi as well as carpaccio and raw fish tartare with Japanese inspiration.
