Description
This quiet and slightly off the beaten track restaurant, somewhat incongruously located amidst a row of auto part shops, is halfway between and within walking distance of both the Novotel and the Lao Plaza hotels. As if to taunt its greasy neighbors, the spotless dining area is neatly laid out with a mixture of Thai and Indonesian pictures and handicrafts decorating the walls and shelves. A small but loyal crowd of mostly local expatriate Thai and Western residents enjoy fabulous Thai curries and soups from what is reputedly the cleanest kitchen in town, washing them down with a fine wine or two.
