This is one of the most elegantly decorated restaurants in Vientiane. The earthen toned fittings accentuated by soothing music create a wonderful atmosphere for that romantic dinner for two, or for a larger formal get-together. The extensive menu emphasizes traditional French cuisine, but also includes a range of pizzas cooked in a large stone kiln. Wine and spirits are also available. Located on the riverfront, not far from the center of town, this is a popular dinner spot for both local expatriates and visiting businessmen. Try the Crème Caramel for dessert.
