Wherever you are it is great to know a place which serves tasty local food at a fair price. While there are many such restaurants in Phnom Penh, Mr. Thy's is worthy of mention because of its cleanliness, the food served fresh from the wok and the English-speaking cook (who prepares meals out in front of the shop). There is no menu. Simply choose a meat and some vegetables to be stir fried and they come served with rice--all for less than USD1.
