Description
This upmarket Chinese restaurant serves the freshest of seafood, pulling the day's catch from fish tanks placed right outside the door. The interior is all solemn mahogany, decorated with mirrors and the requisite red paper lanterns. The service is overwhelming--there seem to be two women waiting beside every table. Ly Lay is the place to go for Chinese delicacies like Shark's Fin Soup or abalone, which doesn't come cheap (USD20, USD40, or USD60, depending on the serving). Those with less expensive tastes will find a great deal to choose from though. The small bar stocks mostly expensive liquors.
