Description

Nouveau Pho offers a number of features which together make it a rarity among Phnom Penh's budget restaurants--fresh tasty food, hygienic presentation, air-conditioning, and pleasant English-speaking staff. The menu displays photos of all the many Vietnamese and Chinese dishes on offer. The house specialty is pho, a Vietnamese rice noodle soup. Here it is cooked with beef stock and served with herbs, bean sprouts and finely sliced lean beef. A small dessert of coconut jelly and palm sugar wrapped in banana leaf comes for no extra charge. Drinks available include local and imported beers, soft drinks, and tea.
