A longtime favorite of backpackers, Happy Herb's Bistro is one of many restaurants along the waterfront catering to the local expatriate crowd. Happy Herb serves up a decent pizza at around USD4 for a small, with medium and large priced at around USD8 and USD10. The atmosphere is very mellow, the plastic chairs and Khmer wall hangings giving the place a local feel that is missing in many riverfront restaurants. Soups and calzones are available, and beers are priced between USD0.80 and USD1.60, with a slight discount during Happy Hour(2-6pm).
