Award-winning chefs Brett Constance and Patrick Ryan prepare an extensive menu. Dishes include noissettes of southwest venison pan seared accompanied by a homemade kangaroo sausage, celeriac mousseline and a roasted beetroot relish (AUD29) and pave of Atlantic salmon on lightly buttered leeks with a roasted eggplant tapenade and a light chive sauce (AUD27).
