Pizza Colosseum has possibly the best pizza I have ever had (and I have lived in Italy)! The restaurant is located just off Vaclavske Namesti, and the dining area is a subterranean affair with large brick ovens and cozy tables. We loved it so much that we went twice during our two week stay. In addition to the phenomenal pizza, they also serve salads, inexpensive wine and other traditional Italian dishes.
