A piece of China exists within the luxurious Rosebank Hotel. Diners can choose to sit around cosy, low tables in an arrangement of alcoves, or at open tables around the restaurant. The Lien Wah serves an exciting variety of Chinese and Taiwanese dishes off a set menu, which changes on a weekly basis. The à la carte menu caters more to western tastes. Sample the fine selection of cuisine ranging from litchi prawns, sweet and sour calamari, beef chow mein, braised duck, cashew nut chicken and finally bow ties.
