Can you Say "Run Now"?

I saw many open tables but yet had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Once seated, another 30 before the server came over. I should have left when the server asked the table next to me if they were ready for dessert and the woman replied "when haven't had dinner yet". As for dinner, the menu has changed since my last visit 2 years ago but the hostess said it hasn't in 28 years (she wasn't but about 20). Finally we get a server "Tom" and I thought, time to eat. Well! What was I thinking? The appetizer we ordered "cheddar something mushrooms" were cold and lumpy. The "manager" took it away and quickly (too quick) brought back out alternate which was cold and dry as well. Now let's skip to the chase...after cold and hard bread which didn't stand up to the softened butter, I had written my comments on the card that was given to me upon my entrance. To my surprise, the server "Tom" came to clean off my used dishes and reached across me and snatched up the comment card. I yelled out to him to bring it back and he just kept walking. This is not the Silas Dents that my family used to visit a couple of years ago. I guess everything changes, not all for the better!
