The name of this restaurant comes for the German for 'gigantic'. And if you can be sure of one thing, it is that no one has ever come out of this place hungry! Chef Klaus Trebes follows the philosophy that everything can be eaten that tastes good, never mind where it comes from. Prawns in sesame sauce, lamb with olives, and falafel with mussels are just some of his creations. Trebes has now become something of a celebrity, writing his own column in a local paper and publishing several cookbooks.
