With its baroque decor, high ceilings and ornate decorations, Harvey's is a joy to the eye as well as the palate. The restaurant is a meeting point for the gay scene, but there are also plenty of non-gay sorts who crowd together at the large wooden tables. A selection of international breakfasts (EUR6.75-8.25) is served until late in the day, while the evening menu contains some fascinating culinary concoctions. The cocktails are also highly recommended.
