Browns Restaurant and Bar

Description

Browns has become something of an institution since it first opened in Brighton in 1973. Comfortable and stylish, it is also spacious and the bar is always busy. Starters include Smoked Irish Salmon, Duck Liver Parfait, Caesar salad and roasted red peppers. Main entrees include Swordfish Steak, Confit of Duck, Browns Lamb Steak, Scottish T-bone steak and Chickpea Casserole. Lighter fare includes hamburger with chips, steak sandwich, or Char Grilled Tarragon Chicken. For dessert, try the sticky toffee pudding, lemon tart, summer pudding or thick ice-cream milkshakes.
