Description
Deiter, the owner, has succeeded in making Bayambi one of the best places on the island; a good time is always guaranteed. Newly refurbished, it is located half a block from the 'Circus' (town square). Breakfast consists of eggs, bagels and croissants. Lunch offers deli style sandwiches, soups and salads. Dinner offers nightly specials; Goat water and jerk chicken with red beans and rice are favourites.
The bar comes alive after dark and has the feel of a real neighbourhood gathering spot. Located in the back is a small disco where local DJ's play Caribbean and American music.
