There are three Michelle's restaurants in Birmingham, each with their own style: Michelle's La Bastille has a clean and comfortable look, and a certain touch of Gallic chic. It serves traditional French items such as moules marinieres or frogs legs with garlic butter, alongside more inventive offerings such as supreme de poulet farcie. There is often an 'early evening special menu' that allows you to have a three course meal for just £10, although you will need to vacate the table by 8pm. Michelle's also organises cookery demonstrations and special events such as wine tastings and opera evenings (call for more details).
