A bright, airy and spacious restaurant, Inspirations offers traditional fare in relaxed surroundings. Soothing piano music wafts in from the cocktail bar, and on Sunday mornings there's live jazz for pre-lunch customers. There's a fair range of dishes to choose from, but the desserts stand out particularly - made by a special chef patissier. You can choose to dine in either smoking or non-smoking areas too. Sunday lunch is the bargain here, £9.95 for three excellent courses.
