Description
The chef in this restaurant, surely the only Indian brasserie in Birmingham, certainly comes highly recommended. He has been accorded honours by the Consumer Guide, Master Chef Roll of Honour and the Guild of Master Craftsmen. He was a “Curry Chef of the Year” finalist in 1996, and is mentioned in the TAJ 1998 Good Curry Guide. All that should make for a good meal, unless it's his night off of course. Main meals, such as that perennial favourite chicken tikka masala and a well-spiced lamb rogan josh, are reasonably priced at around the £7 mark.
