Description
This is a highly-regarded Spanish restaurant of great charm, considering the plethora of intimidating concrete monstrosities that surround it. The staff are mostly Spanish and although the décor looks a little tired it is undoubtedly authentic. It may be old hat to recommend the paella, but the dish is superb here (costing between £10.75 and £12.75). Other main courses do not disappoint either, especially if sea bass is on the menu, and for a starter go for the deliciously sizzling scampi mejicana. Live music features regularly too, and remains reasonably unobtrusive.
