Nechells is not Birmingham at its most glamorous, but this Chinese restaurant attracts crowds that never before would have dreamed of venturing this far into the city's industrial heartland. The restaurant itself is huge, as is the menu, and you won't be disappointed by the quality - the dim sum are superb, and so is the crispy aromatic duck if you want to splash out a little. A meal for two should come to around £40, although the 'eat as much as you like' buffet is well worth the £12.90 it costs on Fri and Sat nights.
