Description

Located in the lower level of the Regal Riverfront Hotel, the Dugout offers a casual dining environment with an upbeat and classy ambience. The bar has a Cardinals and Blues-centered sports theme and features five televisions, which broadcast a variety of sporting events. Also on hand are a jukebox, a pool table and plenty of other games. Dugout also offers special events such as the Scotch Tastings, Microbrew Samplings and Cigar Smokers.

The main items on the menu are burgers and sandwiches ($5), hot wings ($6) and fries. The bar has a fair beer and cocktail menu, and will cater to business events, sporting parties, birthdays and most any other special occasion.
