I was in Bali in feb 2010 and eat at the coffee and silver . My husband and I ordered a lobster dinner, first of all you should bring a magnifying glass to see the amount of lobster meat you actually get! I took the second bite of my lobster and there was a lemon seed in the meat I did not see. The lemon seed went in between my front tooth cracking it in half and it fell out. I told the waitress what had happened they brought the bill, not even offering any sort of credit after they could see what happened. We also heard the staff laughing at the situation behind us.
We paid the bill because I was still in pain and shock. A couple hours later I went back over to the restaurant. I was upset no one said or did anything and that I had to pay for my meal even though I did not eat it. What they said next was unthinkable!

They told me I had eaten my entire meal and they couldn't not offer me anything.
I explained I had not eaten more than a couple of bites. They told me over and over they would not even offer me a discount. One of the waitresses offered me an ashtray for what had happened. I could not believe it I had four more days left in Bali, now missing a tooth and in pain, also hungry and I did not eat.

They just robbed me of my money and did nothing.

I spoke with the danish owner of the restaurant and he also did nothing and the owner was smelling of beer and was very, very drunk.

I was in tears and they would not Offer a thing. I told them I didn't want anything then from them, they treated me like I was out to get something for free.
I expressed my disatisfaction and advised I was going to tell anyone I can. They told me to go ahead and no one would believe me because they are always busy. I strongly discourage anyone to go to this establishment and tell anyone you know that is going to Bali.

This is the kind of treatment you will get if you are disatisfied with anything. The service is also extremely slow and the food is not that great! Close

This place is absolutely not for people who don't like to drink beer. The danish owner are just comming to our table with a beer in his hand and try to play a man with succes.

We only want a little rest but what a show.

Go home to you country
