Description
In this lovely 200-yr-old townhouse, no detail is left unattended. This establishment, with its sophisticated décor and warm ambience, offers superb cuisine and good service. The bouillabaisse, ample and delicious, should definitely be tried. Jean Moreni's understated cuisine is exemplary: the salmon tartare with basil and shallots, grilled baudroie (angler), pieds paquets (a Marseillaise dish of stuffed mutton tripe), and fruit soup with Jurançon wine all come highly recommended. Excellent wine list and good selection of whiskies.
