Description
Hot pot is a traditional local food in which meat and vegetables are put into boiling water or soup. Variations include the traditional and Ma La (hot and spicy), but this restaurant offers a new version. Here, in this traditional looking Chinese restaurant, patrons cook plates of meat, seafood and vegetables in milk tea. Acknowledging that this sounds strange, the boss states, 'bai wen bu ru yi jian' or, 'a taste is worth more than hearing about it one-hundred times.' The food is very good, the servings very filling and the decor stylish.
