It has changed names several times before its latest incarnation as Tutto Bello, but the address has always been the home of Italian food. In an alley beside the Intercontinental Hotel, Tutto Bello offers a superb selection of meat and seafood entrees. The starters are inventive and a refreshing change from the usual selection found in Italian restaurants. The wine list is extensive and ranges from a reasonably priced house wine to expensive, rare vintages.
