Description
Gen Hsiang Peking Duck offers delicious food but only provides take-out. It is worth the effort to come to Gen Hsiang, as it is a convenient starting point for a picnic at the Danshui River or in the park behind the Danshui MRT station. The chef skillfully slices half of the duck and cooks the rest with some vegetables. The slices, with both crispy skin and juicy duck meat, are dipped in a sweet sauce and wrapped in their especially chewy wheat wrap. The Peking duck and wheat wrap here are one of a kind.
