Garlic Rose

Description

As to be expected, everything served here is cooked with garlic. A signboard above the entrance showing a huge head of garlic makes it easy to identify the restaurant. Red-ochre walls, adorned with black-and-white art photographs in lacquer frames, create a cozy interior. You could start with some garlicky prawns as appetizer, then move on to osso buco biancho (beef shank in white sauce) as your main course. Gindara (black cod) cooked with garlic, cilantro, sesame oil and shallots makes an excellent alternative to the meat entrees. Full bar service, including beer and wine, is provided.
