Kimpura

Description

Attesting to its staying power, Kimpura is still going strong after more than 30 years in business. Some may question the level of authenticity of the restaurant's version of Japanese cuisine (sukiyaki, tempura, sushi, sashimi, etc.), but everyone agrees the food is generally appetizing and tasty. The portions, too, are generous, eschewing the tendency toward 'precious little' in many a Japanese restaurant. Kimpura was one of the first to introduce Manilans to the pleasures of Japanese cuisine. Generations of loyal patrons have kept coming back for more.

Average cost per person: PHP400.
