Description
Sanbashi has been described by a local food writer as a 'temple to Japanese cuisine.' Indeed, even within the short of span of time that the restaurant has been in operation, the culinary offerings by the Osaka-born chef have attracted a coterie of devotees. Named after literary giants, the dishes include such temptations as Proust of Beef Cold Shabu Shabu and Lorca of Kami Corn Cream Korokke. The desserts range from lavish creations (fruit parfaits) to the soul of simplicity (green tea ice cream). A wide selection of drinks is available.
