This burger restaurant has transformed the lowly snack into a classy gastronomical delight. The Holstein cow motif of the decor puts diners in the mood for an all-beef meal. Cheeseburgers are served with a choice of cheeses--cheddar, brie, feta and others. The Deluxe Burger (with Swiss cheese, mushrooms and smoked bacon) is a favorite of regular patrons, mostly middle-class residents of neighboring areas. All burgers are made with 1/3 pound grilled beef patties and served with french fries. Milk shakes, soft drinks and iced tea are the non-alcohol drinks on offer; red wine and beer are also available.
