Description
Located right in the heart of Tuam, this is the town's biggest house. Built in 1721, the interior is palatial in style with high ceilings and delicate cornice trimmings. This was once the private residence of Church of Ireland Archbishops of Tuam; later it became a girl's boarding school. The Palace offers an excellent lunch and a la carte menu. Mornings here are very popular as they serve an excellent full Irish breakfast.
