Description
Located in the old Gazcue neighborhood, this plainly decorated restaurant represents one of the few options for vegetarians available in Santo Domingo. Ten delicious buffet-style dishes, sold at affordable prices, are offered daily. The variety generally includes two salads and nine vegan dishes (except for one lactovegetarian).
The ingredients to prepare the meals are carefully chosen everyday and include as many organic components as possible. No saturated fats are used and no fried foods are served. But, beware garlic lovers, no garlic or onions are used in the cooking.
