This is a lovely little find for any visitor craving a little Tex-Mex food. Located at the Barrymore Beach Club, the restaurant is not just for hotel guests. Because it is the only Mexican restaurant on the island, folks come from all over to enjoy the menu at this ultra casual 'barefoot' beach bar and restaurant. The place entices folks to linger as they munch and sip at the shoreline of the Caribbean. It's open on three sides to maximize the view of the sand and the sea, but has canvas screens that can be lowered to keep out the weather. The 'Mex-expert' chef is a wiz with the menu. Order cheesy nachos to go with your margarita, then follow it up with a plate of steaming enchiladas.
