Description
A fusion of Spanish and Caribbean cuisine lays the foundation for El Caudillo, which has some of the most really creative and complex dishes in town. Owned by Dominicans, this establishment has an authentic Caribbean flair.
The décor is very simple. The atmosphere is a relaxed, but elegant one. The immense majority of customers are savvy local diners. Dishes include pheasant, ostrich, crab-filled trout and several others. Desserts are excellent.
