This is the newest restaurant within the El Conquistador Resort & Country Club. The interior sports a colorful decor that will delight your senses. Start with fried curried calamari in a lemon grass vinaigrette or steamed garlic clams flavored with a cilantro lemon sauce. The main courses have some culinary pyrotechnics, as exemplified by the seafood mofongo, a medley of lobster, shrimp, octopus and scallops, one of the most traditional dishes on the menu. Live Maine lobsters are flown in, or you might opt for a seared sea bass with grilled vegetables. Desserts are must if you have any room left!
