If you fancy trying some regional specialties, check out Nice's best socca (a kind of soft crêpe made from chickpea flour). The socca are never too greasy, which is the main problem with most store-bought varieties. Wine is available by the glass and there is a good home-made tiramisu that is worth saving room for. Unfortunately the restaurant does not take reservations and as it is often full—it is a good idea to get here early, or be prepared to wait!
